Honesty

Today I had two calls with Haiti scheduled for the morning. Before we got started, I asked attendees, “What was your favorite part of your weekend?”

Two people answered, telling me about something that was a highlight for the weekend for them.

One person, however, honestly shared that he had nothing that was his favorite this weekend, that the last two months have just been hard.

And I thanked him for his honesty which reminded me to continue to pray and stand with my brothers and sisters in Haiti.
