Trust

I recently received a compliment I will cherish forever. A friend who knows Haiti fairly well told me that he could see my relationships with the staff there are marked by trust.

Cross-cultural trust is something that we’ve fought hard for through the years, and it’s not something that is easy to maintain, even to this day.
